Design & Inspiration

Collings

Cement pool deck removed and replaced with Techo Bloc paver pool deck. Hand-built stone fireplace with Blaze Kitchen storage and various cooking and kitchen appliances. Custom timber frame pavilion with bar top seating. Retaining wall complete with WAC landscape lighting.

Stauffer

Techo Bloc paver walkway installed with custom Corten Steel concealment box for HVAC unit along home. Various complimentary Corten Steel planters added for texture and character. Native trees, shrubs, flowers, and ornamental grasses planted for biodiversity and curb appeal. Complete with WAC landscape lighting. Deck removed and replaced with Techo Bloc paver patio. Corten steel planters, Corten Steel water feature, natural PA limestone boulders, and native plantings added to balance out front entrance install.

Pesek

Unaltered back yard with a heavy hillside that we cut into to create a naturally flowing waterfall.  Cold plunge area created along with a patio area, a personal putting green, and an open flagstone patio area at the bottom for lounging or dining. Front landscape install was created to match the rear landscape. Natural PA limestone boulders and native plantings reflect the backyard install choices. The entire front and rear design is set up with WAC landscape lighting.

Goss

Custom timber frame pavilion. Hand-built stone fireplace with a custom Blaze Kitchen Pizza Oven. Grilling station from Blaze Kitchen and plenty of countertop space. Techo Bloc paver patio area for dining under pavilion and continuing out towards gated area.

Duester

Get a tour on our Instagram page! Concrete patio removed. Covered outdoor living addition with hand-built stone fireplace and matching ceiling fans. Wood storage on either side of fireplace. Techo Bloc paver patio under entire structure. Plenty of space for dining and lounging by the fire.

Rutz

Video tour available on our Instagram page! A lot of material to remove from this project. Covered outdoor living addition with a countertop area. Blaze Kitchen outdoor refrigerator and storage. Hand built stone bar top with ceiling heaters for year-round use! Techo Bloc paver patio extended to the back of the property with a Breeo firepit.

Covered outdoor living addition complete with various Blaze Kitchen equipment, a Green Egg smoker, and countertop work space for entertaining. Techo Bloc paver patio with design. Custom PA limestone water feature. Flagstone patio for lounging or dining.

Adams Ricci Park

Professional 'After' photos coming soon ~
Partnering with the East Pennsboro Township, we created a space for parents to relax and watch their children shaded from the summer sun. This project included a hand-built timber frame pavilion, a Techo Bloc paver patio with a variety of pavers and designs to showcase some possibilities, and a set of custom Corten Steel water features. We also had the opportunity to rebuild the donated brick walkway leading towards the pavilion.

Tech Bloc paver patio with hand-built stone propane fireplace and space for lounging and entertaining. Bar top area for meal prep and a custom Corten steel raised garden bed with Corten steel gating and door. Natural PA limestone steps (wow) that lead to the lower half of the home.

Bauman

Curb appeal on MAX. Revamped walkway with a blend of natural PA limestone boulders, native plantings, and WAC lighting. Water feature from Aquascape. Side landscaping space added for balance.

Hand-built stone fireplace with wood storage on either side. Landscaping complete with native plantings and natural PA limestone boulders.

Hirsch

What a before and after! Concrete driveway removed and replaced with a Techo Bloc paver driveway and matching porch. In-ground WAC lighting to guide your way home. In the back we added matching Techo Bloc paver walkway leading to a rounded paver patio area for lounging. WAC landscape lighting throughout. On the deck, we added a Blaze Kitchen grilling and prep area.
